Job Requirements

  • Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Flexible work availability including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
  • Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to customer service and team development
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth service
  • Lead and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Promote and enforce food safety and proper procedures
  • Address and resolve problems promptly during shifts
  • Maintain clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Use restaurant equipment effectively including registers and grills
  • Occasionally travel to other locations for training and operational support
