Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Flexible work availability including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines consistently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Promote and enforce food safety and proper procedures
- Address and resolve problems promptly during shifts
- Maintain clean and organized restaurant environment
- Use restaurant equipment effectively including registers and grills
- Occasionally travel to other locations for training and operational support
