Job Requirements

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service knowledge
  • understanding of safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to use computer operations
  • passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • create legendary experiences for guests and team members through managing the Heart-of-House
  • oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House
  • provide direction and supervision to Heart-of-House team members
  • enforce compliance with health codes and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and food preparation processes
  • ensure responsible alcohol service and safety procedures are followed
  • train and develop team members for continuous improvement
