Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience with cost control and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to perform administrative duties

Job Duties

  • Direct and oversee all back-of-house kitchen operations
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained
  • Implement purchasing and cost control procedures
  • Monitor and ensure food quality and preparation meet specifications
  • Provide coaching and development for kitchen staff
  • Perform administrative and accounting tasks according to company policy
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service and food safety compliance
