- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
- provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- develop and train kitchen staff to enhance skills and performance
- manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and food quality
- monitor labor costs and optimize scheduling
- maintain safety and security procedures in the kitchen area
