Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

- Ensure compliance with alcohol and food safety certifications
- Communicate effectively with the team, including Spanish-speaking crew members
- Coordinate with front-of-house to enhance guest experience
