Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to supervise and develop a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Proven passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Foster team training and development initiatives
  • Monitor safety and security systems and procedures
  • Utilize computer operations for daily management tasks
