Job Requirements

  • minimum 21 years of age
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • experience in full casual dining or casual plus environment preferred
  • hands-on experience in back of house operations
  • familiarity with scratch kitchen practices
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • ability to work flexible schedules including open mid and close shifts
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset
  • bilingual a plus

Job Duties

  • manage all kitchen operations during opening mid and closing shifts
  • ensure food quality and consistency
  • coach and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • oversee inventory and supply management
  • collaborate with front of house management
  • implement and maintain POS system procedures
