Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in food service or kitchen management
- familiarity with food safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- capable of standing for extended periods throughout shifts

Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
- monitoring and maintaining efficient food item ticket times
- managing performance of Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- assisting in development of key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
- conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks for inventory and safety
- overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
- directing scheduling and task assignments for Back of House employees
- training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hires
- creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with core values
