Job Requirements
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
- experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- experience preparing banquet style events
- current servsafe certification required
- servsafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties
- adhere to company’s mandated f&b menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- plan, supervise, and execute events with operations and sales teams
- assist with cooking as needed
- estimate food consumption and manage purchases
- schedule staff efficiently
- recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- manage kitchen equipment maintenance
- conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local health regulations
