Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years kitchen management experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume food service environment
  • current ServSafe certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • experience preparing banquet style events
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow
  • review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute all events, including food preparation, service, and cleanup
  • estimate food consumption and make purchases from specified food programs
  • schedule staff efficiently to match business volume
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • supervise the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
  • manage kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits
  • implement cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
