Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of kitchen management experience
  • Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • Knowledge of local Department of Health regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage profit and loss effectively

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • Review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • Plan, supervise, and execute all events in collaboration with Operations and Sales teams including food and beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
  • Assist with cooking when needed
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases from the specified food program
  • Schedule staff efficiently according to business volume
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • Oversee preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of food
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
