Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to perform kitchen duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety, and security systems

Job Duties

  • manage the Heart-of-House operations effectively
  • oversee food preparation and kitchen sanitation
  • supervise and provide direction for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety protocols
  • train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
  • maintain inventory control and manage kitchen supplies
  • promote a positive and energetic workplace culture
