Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation
- ability to train and develop team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety, and security systems

Job Duties
- manage the Heart-of-House operations effectively
- oversee food preparation and kitchen sanitation
- supervise and provide direction for all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety protocols
- train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
- maintain inventory control and manage kitchen supplies
- promote a positive and energetic workplace culture
