Job Requirements

  • must have a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • possess general knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understand safe food handling and sanitation
  • be familiar with responsible alcohol service
  • have knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • be competent in computer operations
  • demonstrate a passion for training and developing team members

Job Qualifications

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • possess a passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • manage labor law compliance and health code adherence
  • ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • enforce responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • lead training and development initiatives for kitchen staff
  • utilize computer systems for operational management
