Job Requirements
- must have a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- possess general knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- understand safe food handling and sanitation
- be familiar with responsible alcohol service
- have knowledge of safety and security procedures
- be competent in computer operations
- demonstrate a passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- manage labor law compliance and health code adherence
- ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices
- enforce responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- lead training and development initiatives for kitchen staff
- utilize computer systems for operational management
