  • Experience working in a professional kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a head chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Passion for food and cooking
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and safety standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
  • Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs
  • Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and food regulations
