Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- availability to work during open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
