- Authorized to work in the United States
- Open availability
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable team members plus culture
- Team member care
- Review processes, promotions, demotions, 3-strike plans, terminations
- Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and next steps
- Implement WHED strategy
- Manage finances
- Manage and maintain budget lines
- Oversee inventory and end of month procedures
- Manage labor and scheduling
