Job Requirements

  • must have at least 2 years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of customer and personnel quality and safety standards
  • understanding of management involved in planning, resource allocation, staffing, production, and coordination

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of needs assessments, quality, and safety standards

Job Duties

  • lead kitchen teams to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • motivate kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • control food costs and maintain high product standards
  • recruit, hire, and train kitchen team members
  • ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • oversee kitchen operations including resource allocation and production methods
  • support daily operations across multiple Grimaldi's locations
