Job Requirements
- Preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Possess knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Be passionate about training and developing your team
- Be willing to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment
- Be open to applying regardless of sports interests
- Comply with company policies and state/local wage laws
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
- Provide direction, training, and supervision to HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless operations
