Job Requirements

  • Preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Possess knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Be passionate about training and developing your team
  • Be willing to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment
  • Be open to applying regardless of sports interests
  • Comply with company policies and state/local wage laws

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to manage operations and maintain high standards
  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
  • Provide direction, training, and supervision to HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Maintain high standards of food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless operations
