Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
  • Capability to train and develop team members
  • Familiarity with safety and security systems
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
  • Train and develop team members to meet operational and service expectations
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures within the kitchen
  • Utilize computer operations to support management functions
