  • three plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team and create memorable guest experiences
  • proven kitchen management experience
  • strong business acumen
  • availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • capability to handle fast-paced, noisy, and distracting environments
