Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- availability to work within open hours such as evenings, holidays, weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Lead back-of-house operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- maintain food safety and alcohol compliance standards
- support and motivate kitchen staff to foster teamwork
- manage inventory and ordering to reduce waste
- oversee POS system usage and reporting
- address and resolve conflicts constructively within the kitchen team
- coordinate with front-of-house management for seamless guest experiences
