Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold company standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers and headsets
  • Support scheduling and inventory management as needed
