Job Duties
- Manage daily shift operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns promptly
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers and headsets
- Support scheduling and inventory management as needed
