Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in kitchen management or a leadership role in the restaurant industry
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- knowledge of inventory management and labor cost control
- reliable and self-motivated
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- hold team accountable for their performance
- provide coaching and counseling as needed
- ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
