Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold a team together
  • Deep understanding of food safety (ServSafe certified is a bonus)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Run the back-of-house with precision and positivity
  • Hire, train, and develop rockstar kitchen talent
  • Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead inventory, food costs, and kitchen efficiency like a pro
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent quality and killer guest experiences
  • Keep equipment humming and maintenance in check
