Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service
  • safety and security systems and procedures
  • basic computer literacy
  • strong leadership abilities
  • passion for training and development

Job Duties

  • manage the heart-of-house kitchen operations
  • oversee execution and performance of heart-of-house
  • provide direction and supervision to all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • train and develop the kitchen team
  • maintain safety and security systems
  • support inventory and cost control processes
