Job Requirements

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and compliance with health and labor laws
  • Manage kitchen efficiency to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Foster a positive work environment and uphold company standards
