- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, and compliance with health and labor laws
- Manage kitchen efficiency to deliver high-quality food and service
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold company standards
