Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years of age
- must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- one or more years of restaurant experience preferred
- ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and provide sound advice and direction
- ability to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong customer focus
- must exhibit professionalism, composure and discretion when handling customer issues
- ability to work, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast-paced environment with noise and temperature extremes
- must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- ability and willingness to wear a headset
- physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds, reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
- availability to report to work promptly and regularly with flexibility across all shifts and days
- may be required to transfer locations and travel as business needs dictate
- must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures to crew members
- acting as Cash Manager including setting up cash registers at open, reconciling cash throughout the shift and verifying safe cash at open, close and shift change
- acting as Operations Leader by organizing, overseeing and supervising shifts and executing the Daily Operations Plan
- performing walk-throughs to ensure readiness for open, close and rush periods
- conducting shift walk-throughs focused on Taste and Accuracy
- utilizing flow charts and checklists for efficient opens, closes and post rush tasks while maximizing labor efficiency
- working with management to train, develop and communicate with crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention
- leading the kitchen team to meet quality, production and service standards and create a safe, efficient environment
- monitoring product cooking, labeling, holding and rotation for quality and waste minimization
- assisting in maintaining proper crew coverage through scheduling
- following up on Taste and Accuracy issues from customer feedback
- impacting food cost by verifying inventory, analyzing shift counts, monitoring waste, adjusting forecasts and assisting in action plans
- checking inventory levels and placing orders
- executing cleaning schedules by assigning and coaching crew members
