Job Duties
- exceed guest expectations by delivering on Pizza Ranch product standards
- assist Assistant General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
- support back-of-house management through Qualtrics data and feedback
- drive store profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- provide genuine care and leadership for staff and guests
- create legendary impact in all team and guest interactions
- manage training and development of team members
