Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • manage the heart-of-house kitchen operations
  • oversee and provide supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • implement responsible alcohol service and security procedures
  • maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness
  • train and develop team members to enhance performance
  • contribute to a positive and energetic restaurant environment
