Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food industry
- Ability to lead and teach team members
- Flexible work availability including evenings and weekends
- Capability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Reliable transportation to commute to various locations occasionally for training

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee restaurant operations ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
- Manage schedules and shift assignments to maintain efficient staffing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and cleanliness protocols
- Train and develop team members to foster growth and proficiency
- Maintain accurate cash handling and register operations
