Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or food industry
  • Ability to lead and teach team members
  • Flexible work availability including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • Reliable transportation to commute to various locations occasionally for training

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee restaurant operations ensuring food quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage schedules and shift assignments to maintain efficient staffing
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and cleanliness protocols
  • Train and develop team members to foster growth and proficiency
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and register operations
