Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain back-of-house employees
  • create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment
  • manage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs
  • understand, manage, and practice safe food-handling procedures
  • collaborate with management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
  • motivate team to deliver high-quality guest experiences
