Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume, full service kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and employees efficiently
  • Capability to maintain a hospitality-focused culture among team members
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items during shift hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • High energy and stamina
  • Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
  • Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation
  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Direct and supervise employees while executing and maintaining Ensemble standards and operational excellence
  • Support the management team in all aspects of operations
  • Model hospitality and excellent guest experiences instilling service standards for the team
  • Expedite food and ensure order accuracy
  • Actively coach and counsel employees to include documentation when appropriate
  • Ensure effective back-of-house scheduling so that staffing needs are met, and labor costs are controlled
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute safety and sanitation standards
  • Other duties as assigned
