Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a high-volume, full service kitchen environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and employees efficiently
- Capability to maintain a hospitality-focused culture among team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items during shift hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- High energy and stamina
- Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
- Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
Job Duties
- Direct and supervise employees while executing and maintaining Ensemble standards and operational excellence
- Support the management team in all aspects of operations
- Model hospitality and excellent guest experiences instilling service standards for the team
- Expedite food and ensure order accuracy
- Actively coach and counsel employees to include documentation when appropriate
- Ensure effective back-of-house scheduling so that staffing needs are met, and labor costs are controlled
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute safety and sanitation standards
- Other duties as assigned
