Job Requirements

  • preferably you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • you have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • you have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision to all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • support training and development of team members
  • maintain computer operations related to kitchen management
  • contribute to a positive and energetic work environment
