Job Requirements
- Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations as kitchen manager
- provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
- manage training and development programs for team members
- coordinate kitchen workflow for optimal efficiency
- enforce safety and security procedures
- maintain communication with front-of-house management to ensure smooth operation
