Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations as kitchen manager
  • provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • manage training and development programs for team members
  • coordinate kitchen workflow for optimal efficiency
  • enforce safety and security procedures
  • maintain communication with front-of-house management to ensure smooth operation
