Job Requirements
- Must have two or more years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
- knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
- knowledge of management practices including planning, resource allocation, staffing, production methods, and coordination
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong commitment to quality and customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
