Job Requirements

  • Must have two or more years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
  • knowledge of management practices including planning, resource allocation, staffing, production methods, and coordination
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong commitment to quality and customer service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
  • management experience involving planning, resource allocation, staffing techniques, and coordination of people and resources

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate kitchen teams to exceed guest expectations
