  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling and sanitation practices
  • experience with responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • manage the heart-of-house operations to ensure smooth kitchen performance
  • supervise and provide direction to all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • train and develop team members consistently
  • oversee responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
  • support continuous improvement and operational excellence
