Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- experience with safe food handling and sanitation
- ability to supervise and manage a team
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- manage kitchen operations ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- monitor labor and food costs to optimize efficiency
- train and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance and career growth
- maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- ensure safety and security systems and procedures are followed
