Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • experience with safe food handling and sanitation
  • ability to supervise and manage a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • manage kitchen operations ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • monitor labor and food costs to optimize efficiency
  • train and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance and career growth
  • maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation
  • ensure safety and security systems and procedures are followed
