Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Lead training and development initiatives for the kitchen team
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
