Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong foundation in culinary techniques
  • Knowledge of kitchen systems and food safety standards
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in culinary techniques, kitchen systems, and food safety standards
  • Proven ability to lead, teach, and inspire a diverse kitchen team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ServSafe Manager certification required
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience required

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of culinary professionals through hands-on training daily coaching
  • Ensure consistent execution of recipes, plating, and service standards
  • Manage kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost control
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local and national regulations
  • Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chefs and leadership to ensure seamless service and satisfaction
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings with a focus on innovation and quality
