Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of experience working in a kitchen
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge of baking preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Approval as a SCAD-authorized driver

Job Duties
- Ensure all food is prepared and served consistently according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- Oversee inventory orders and deliveries to maintain quality and manage food costs
- Collaborate with the general manager to plan and price menu items, establish portion sizes, and prepare recipe cards
- Create and enforce departmental rules, policies, and procedures for a safe and friendly work environment
- Administer corrective action for employee violations
- Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all equipment is in working order
- Prepare invoices promptly and schedule workers based on business needs
