Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service roles preferred

  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant team members to provide excellent customer service
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • operate restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
  • make decisions and solve problems during shifts
  • enforce adherence to brand standards and procedures
  • assist with training new employees
