Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or food service roles preferred

- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- lead and coach restaurant team members to provide excellent customer service
- ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- operate restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
- make decisions and solve problems during shifts
- enforce adherence to brand standards and procedures
- assist with training new employees
