Job Requirements

  • Preferably you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • You have knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • You have experience with safety and security systems and procedures
  • You have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Support responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
  • Foster training and development for kitchen staff
  • Maintain safety and security systems and computer operations
