Job Duties
- Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
- Ensure restaurant is adequately prepped and staffed (BOH) for daily operation
- Oversee location kitchen duties ensuring quick service, food service, safety and quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards are met and exceeded
- Monitor safety logs including food temperatures, rotation, and waste
- Enforce proper uniform, hygiene, handwashing, and glove use with staff
- Support SSAfety training focusing on knife handling skills
- Create daily prep and items lists, delegating to employees as necessary
- Actively support operations and fill holes to ensure smooth service
- Maintain checklist of routine cleaning tasks and ongoing projects or menu planning
- Assign associates to duties and coach through projects, daily tasks, and guest interaction
- Respond efficiently to guest and client feedback with reporting to the operations manager
- Oversee personnel duties including training, performance reviews, attendance reporting, and break management
- Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Communicate with Regional Executive Chef and Food Service Operations Manager regarding service or quality issues
- Work with restaurant supervisors to ensure locations operate to standards
- Remain knowledgeable of and comply with local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
