Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • have a passion for training and developing your team
  • demonstrate leadership and team management skills
  • be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • manage daily kitchen activities ensuring food quality and safety standards
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and sanitation protocols
  • support and train team members to foster development and improve efficiency
  • maintain safety and security systems within the kitchen area
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
