Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
- strong communication skills
- ability to train and develop team members
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
- provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- manage daily kitchen activities ensuring food quality and safety standards
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and sanitation protocols
- support and train team members to foster development and improve efficiency
- maintain safety and security systems within the kitchen area
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
