Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • passion for training and developing teams
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • compliance with company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
  • experience in training and developing team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with computer operations relevant to restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
  • oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
  • provide direction and supervision to kitchen team members
  • enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • manage inventory and order supplies
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
