Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
- passion for training and developing teams
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- compliance with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling
- experience in training and developing team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with computer operations relevant to restaurant management
Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
- oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- provide direction and supervision to kitchen team members
- enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- train and develop kitchen staff
- manage inventory and order supplies
- collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
