- Minimum two years of experience in kitchen management or supervision
- knowledge of quality and safety standards applicable to foodservice
- experience with staff recruitment and training
- ability to manage costs and allocate resources efficiently
- strong understanding of production methods in a high-volume kitchen

Job Qualifications
- Two plus years of experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
