Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a kitchen manager, executive sous chef, or head chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Strong financial acumen including experience managing food and labor costs, budgeting, and profit and loss analysis
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and positive kitchen culture
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced demands of dining room and hotel room service operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or Head Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L analysis
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for a 125-seat dining room and hotel room service
  • Collaborate with Culinary Creative Director and Corporate Chef to maintain high-quality menu execution
  • Manage inventory levels and control food and beverage waste
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and operational
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations including ServSafe certification
  • Develop and manage kitchen budgets, including food and labor cost control
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment
