Job Requirements

  • preferably, 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operation skills
  • passion for team training and development

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
  • manage kitchen operations including sanitation and safety procedures
  • train and develop team members to enhance performance
  • coordinate with front-of-house managers to optimize restaurant service
  • maintain inventory and control food costs
