Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Strong passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to maintain a safe and secure work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Experience in responsible alcohol service
  • Strong passion for training and developing teams
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer operation skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure efficient kitchen performance
  • Oversee and supervise all HOH team members providing guidance and support
  • Implement and maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Facilitate training and development programs to empower team members
  • Monitor safety and security systems and procedures to uphold a safe working environment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage inventory control and operational costs while maintaining quality standards
