Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment effectively
- Commitment to following brand standards and procedures
- Reliable transportation to travel to store and other locations as needed
- Flexibility to work variable shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to food safety and quality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues promptly
- Promote and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills effectively
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
